Ever since I was a kid I can remember pissing off my mom with my collection of MAD Magazines. I found the satirical, off the wall humor too hysterical to put down. My mom on the other hand, would only roll her eyes and say something in Spanish. HAHAHA!!
But one strip that I ALWAYS LOOKED FORWARD TO, HAD TO BE THE SPY VS. SPY series by Cuban Artist Antonio Prohías!
Some of them were very short but delivered that quick 1-2 punch of humor I needed as a kid growing up in the Bronx, plus they were creatively inspiring! The espionage and vengeful tactics of the pair were like a metaphorical Ying-Yang gone loco!

It's an overwhelming feeling to be part of MAD Presents : SPY vs SPY - AN EXPLOSIVE CELEBRATION...and obviously I'm sending a copy to my mom with a warm rewarding smile!
